Rocky I: Canada

Sometimes is not about the destination, it’s about the ride! It may sound like a motivational phrase, but going through the Rocky Mountains it’s the way you feel, you just don’t want to get anywhere, just keep on riding.

The Rocky Mountains stretches all the way from Canada to the south of the US, 3000 miles of fun motorcycle roads, mountains, lakes, caves, wild life, glaciers, geysers and hot springs.

After Alaska I went back to my starting point in south Canada and I spent a couple of days planning my route through the US. Here again Alan and Linda hosted me while I recharged my energies and they showed some local attractions like the Heritage Park Historical Village that recreates how was life for the first settlers.

The place is a living park, the train works, there a post office, the shops sells candy and the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had.
